Hi! We're Jan and Monika!

We are the founders of The R.I.C.H. Relationship, Inc, a coaching company that has transformed thousands of people’s lives, businesses, and relationships. We are master coaches, we've been married for over 20 years and have three amazing kids!

As life, relationship, and business coaches, we know what it takes to make those three aspects work together. We understand that although they’re three different parts of your life, they’re actually inextricably interwoven – what happens in one area is almost always going to have an effect on another. We realized that changing people’s relationships with each other is the linchpin to changing it all.

We might seem like we have it all together now, but our marriage and life hasn't been without obstacles that we've had to overcome. A few years ago, even with a thriving business, we were experiencing a lot of financial hardship and the stress took a major toll on our marriage and our happiness.
